On 9/19/2016, I mailed out a LOR, Envelope, prepaid return label and my old jersey to Mr. Collie via Cognitive Fx, which is a concussion research center in Utah on which Mr. Collie is a research at, after he retired from football due to concussions. He signed my jersey and I got it back 9/26/16!
