I sent a photo, letter and SAE to Bruno and Ryan as well as to 2 others in one envelope on: 11th December 2013, and mid April 2015, I recieved my photo back signed by both Bruno and Ryan.

Bill Ward (Coronation Street, Robin Hood) success - 27 de mayo de 2015
I wasn't sure where to post this, but I sent two letters to two different addresses (one to his agent and the other via the ITV studios) and didn't get anything back. Turns out he has a site dedicated to location photography and I e-mailed him to see if he had received any of my letters. He replied back saying he hadn't but offered to send a signed photo to me. I received a 4x6 personalized color photo yesterday, and another photo with a nice note on the back.
The postage and location stamp are from the ITV Leeds location, so I would suggest sending fanmail there rather than spamming his e-mail address on his photography site (not going to post a link but one can Google it).
