I received my card unsigned and my letter returned back to me in my SASE. Sent out on 1/14/13 and received back on 1/26/13. From reading other posts on the forum it looks like he can be pretty hit or miss...maybe he just got overwhelmed. I might try him again C/O the Dodgers when the season gets started.

I sent my sase and baseball card as well as a brief request letter the last week of December 2012 and received my card signed on January 4 2013! The address I used is 2123 N Beachwood Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90068...I previously had an unsuccessful attempt earlier in December with the other address that was posted. Fernando Valenzuela (Frmr LA Dodger pitcher) success - 05 de octubre de 2012
On 9/11/12, I sent a letter, card and SASE to Fernando Valenzuela, a former All-star pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers. I had actually been in LA and gone to a game at Dodger stadium and wanted to get his autograph. I saw a few successes for him so took a chance. On 10/4/12, the card arrived autographed. The address I used is the LA Dodgers addy in the database.

I mailed Mr Valenzuela a LOR, SASE, 1980 Topps card and a 4x6 photo on 7/7/12 c/o the LA Dodgers address in the database and got back the 4x6 (signed) and the Topps card (unsigned) today 7/19/12.
