ok so emailed the management of mr gilbert and they replied:Hi [my name
"As you are not likely to have any British stamps available â and not for the value required! â Iâm taking pity on you and sending a signed photo anyway. Please donât tell your friends as this is the first and last photo Iâll send to the USA â British postal charges have recently increased a lot!
