Received: 23 May 2012, signed photo, letter from assistant
Mr. Ramsay used his own envelope with a piece of cardboard inside. The letter from the assistant explained that due to getting a lot of fanmail and autograph requests, he cant write personal messages. Its understandable and I think its nice to get an explanation.

Chef Gordon Ramsay - 12 de May de 2012
Hey guys, I sent Chef Ramsay a handwritten letter, SAE, and two cards that I made. Yesterday, I received back both signed and he even paid for postage back! Chef Ramsay is amazing!
