John Bishop success! - 23 de diciembre de 2011 I sent an email to the contact us address on his official website http://www.johnbishoponline.com/ on 9th December 2011 and received a personalised signed photo today (23rd December 2012) (see link below).
They emailed me straight back after I sent the email saying that I would have to wait a week as he was away filming which I understand and I was really happy when I received it in the post this morning.
