Received John William's success. Used below address. Sent 6/18/19 and received back on 8/20/19. I don't have the return envelope because I use my address as sender and receiver to make sure I get it.

Sent a LOR, SASE, and two autograph cards to John Williams sometime within the last two years. Received my cards unsigned but received a pre-signed index card on March 15, 2019. Super excited to have this legendary signature! Sent to the address in the database
