My friend is a huge fan of NCIS, so almost a month ago I sent an email and today I got this picture. I hope shell be happy  They say its a presigned photo, but I think its a preprint. What do you think? All comments are welcome

Today when i opened up my mailbox i seen a big envelope. it was the NCIS photo that i requested a couple of weeks ago.
it does look like it has marker strokes on it and authentic. i might send off for another one for a friend of mine.
sent email to around May 1st.
received 5/14/2013
