Quarterback for the Oakland Raiders (1960-1966), Buffalo Bills (1967-69) and the Kansas City Chiefs (1969). Head Coach for the Oakland Raiders (1979-1981), Los Angeles Raiders (1982-1987) and the Seattle Seahawks (1992-94) Flores and Mike Ditka are the only two people in the National Football League history to win a Championship as a player, as an assistant coach, and as a head coach. Flores was also the first Hispanic starting quarterback and the first minority head coach in professional football history to win a Super Bowl.
