Sent LOR and SASE on September 6, 2011 to the address in the database, 1 picture was enclosed.
Received the answer on September 16, 2011.
In the envelope there was a picture of The Honourable Usain Bolt, OJ, C.D. My picture was returned. On the reverse side of the picture there was attached a kind of a sticker.
The signature seems to be a preprint.
Nevertheless, I thank Mr. Bolt ever so much as well as FanMail!
