Wrote Mr. Mondale a couple weeks ago. Got my bookplates back today unsigned with a note stating:
"I am sorry but Mr. Mondale no longer signs autographs."

On Feb. 28 I mailed two photo to Jimmy Carter's Vice President, Walter Mondale along with letter and SASE. Today, May 19 I got them both back signed. Database address was used.
