I sent Bill Cosby a letter and the SPC (Security Processing Center) rejected it. Then it said "Send to smart com"

Bill Cosby Failure after 992 days! - 24 de December de 2014
Bill Cosby returned my photos unsigned after 992 days! Followed by a note which says:
[iDear Fan, Mr. Cosby appreciates his fans very much. However, his schedule will not allow for him to sign any memorabilia that has been sent to him. I am, therefore, returning your material to you.[/i
Why did it take soooo long to send it back if he doesn't sign any more?!
Very disappointing....

Bill Cosby - Fail - 05 de December de 2013
Sent a Photo and SASE on 8/13/2012 and received the following on 12/05/13:
"Dear Fan,
Mr. Cosby appreciates his fans very much. However, at
this time, Mr. Cosby is not available to sign any memorabilia
that was sent to him. I am, therefore, returning your material
to you.
