The ink is smudging but overall, very happy!
I affixed US Global forever stamps on all of my international return envelopes and felt really stupid [iuntil[/i the countries started postmarking them. This is an example of it coming back from France. It worked but I wonder if it was a fluke? Then again, I would think the French postal system would throw it out if it didn't apply. Thoughts welcome.

Received a letter recently from Melanie Laurent, it took about 2 or 3 months; she autographed the photo and also wrote a personal letter on the back in French. I am very happy with this success!!
